Jimmy Li is a Brooklyn based illustrator specializing in comics and visual storytelling. Taking inspiration from film, personal life experiences, and those he meets along the way, he strives to create art that connects people from all walks of life. His work often explores themes of isolation, escapism and the human condition, while finding the beauty in the mundane. He is currently working on his graphic novel series, Nighthawks, which he writes and illustrates. On an average evening, he is likely at his desk drawing comics late into the hours of the night. Jimmy Li is a 2025 recipient of the Eisner Scholarship from the Society of Illustrators.
